Welcome to GZM Party Rentals. By accessing our website (www.gzmpartyrentals.com) and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. BOOKINGS & DEPOSITS
All reservations are subject to availability and are only confirmed once the required non-refundable deposit is paid. The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to or at the time of delivery, as specified in your invoice.
3. DAMAGE POLICY & EQUIPMENT CARE
The Renter is responsible for all equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. In the event of damage, one of the following protocols will apply:
Damage Waiver: An optional, non-refundable fee covering minor, accidental wear and tear. It does not cover gross negligence, theft, or damage caused by prohibited items (e.g., Silly String, face paint).
Professional Repair: For repairable damage, the Renter agrees to pay the total cost invoiced by a third-party repair company, including logistics.
Total Replacement: If the equipment is deemed unrepairable, suffers permanent aesthetic damage, or is lost/stolen, the Renter is responsible for the full current market replacement cost.
4. NEVADA SAFETY & WEATHER COMPLIANCE
Supervision: In accordance with safety standards, constant adult supervision (18+ years) is strictly required for all inflatables.
High Wind Policy (Reno/Tahoe Area): Due to local wind conditions in Northern Nevada, GZM Party Rentals reserves the right to cancel or deflate equipment if sustained winds or gusts exceed 15-20 mph.
Surface Conditions: The Renter must inform us of the setup surface (grass, dirt, or concrete). In Reno, extreme summer heat can affect vinyl; units must be placed according to our safety technician’s instructions.
Silly String Warning: Silly String causes permanent chemical damage to vinyl. If detected, the Total Replacement fee will be automatically applied.
5. SPECIALIZED EQUIPMENT
Mechanical Units & Interactive Games: High-risk activities require participants to be in proper physical condition and not under the influence of substances.
Decorative Items: Throne chairs and candy carts are for photographic use only. Do not move items once installed.
Tents & Permits: The Renter is responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by the City of Reno or Washoe County for public parks. All underground utility lines must be marked before staking.
6. LIABILITY RELEASE (NEVADA STATE LAW)
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: By hiring GZM Party Rentals, the Renter hereby releases, waives, and discharges GZM Party Rentals, its owners, and employees from any and all liability for injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of the releasees or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by the laws of the State of Nevada.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada. Any legal actions must be filed in the courts of Washoe County.
8. CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made more than [7 days] prior to the event will result in a credit valid for [6 months]. Cancellations within [48 hours] result in forfeiture of the deposit and may incur a 20% cancellation fee.
Weather-Related (Northern Nevada): If weather (high winds, snow, or lightning) is deemed unsafe by GZM Party Rentals before setup, a full credit will be issued. No refunds/credits are issued once equipment is installed.
No-Show Policy: Drivers will wait 15 minutes at the delivery location. If the area is not ready or the Renter is absent, the rental is considered canceled and the full balance will be charged.
